A 6 ft chew-proof power cord empowers you to keep your pet's water supply from freezing in outdoor temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees F. The bowl has a wide, tip-proof design with non-skid rubber feet. The rubber feet can be removed and the bowl screwed into a porch or deck.
